As your Trustee Board, we are responsible for making sure the 5 Schemes we look after are run properly and that your benefits are secure.
We are independent of Jacobs. We act responsibly, in accordance with Scheme rules and the law, and in the interests of Scheme members. We work closely and constructively with the Company to plan for the future and make sure members get the pensions benefits they’ve been promised.
The Trustee directors have been selected for their diverse complementary skill set, experience and pensions industry knowledge. Some have been nominated by Scheme members, some appointed by Jacobs UK Limited and another is an independent professional trustee, also appointed by the Company.
